Hi, I’m Nicole. I started crocheting in November 2003 when I wanted to find something new to do on my morning commute from NJ to NYC. I have a bachelors degree in fashion from Montclair State University and worked in the NYC garment district. I started designing in 2010 when I was selling finished products because it was easier than looking for patterns with open permission at the time. Inspiration for my designs come from taking what I’ve learned about shaping and design in knitting (since 2018) and finding ways to apply those elements to crochet. I like the challenge of creating something new as well as seeing my patterns come to life by customers who make them.
